I am a clinical hypnotherapist certified by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (Certification # 108-047). I received my training at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in Santa Fe, New Mexico. My professional certification course at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America stands as one of the most comprehensive and extensive courses available.

I had the opportunity to train under the guidance of the esteemed hypnotherapist and educator, Tim Simmerman. As a former nationally registered paramedic and one of the few hypnotherapy instructors in the nation with training in allopathic medicine, Tim proved to be an invaluable mentor.

He is the author of “Medical Hypnotherapy: Principals and Methods of Practice” and served as president of the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners, the world’s largest and most respected hypnotherapy certification board. I also had the honor of studying with one of the pioneers of modern hypnotherapy, Gil Boyne, who developed the groundbreaking Transforming Therapy™.

My training encompassed the methods of Erickson, Elman, and Coué, equipping me with a comprehensive understanding of hypnotic techniques for medical support in areas like pain management and resolution, surgery (including dental) preparation, peaceful childbirth, and accelerated healing.

I am a fellow with the International Board of Hypnotherapy and a certified Blissborn Hypnosis Educator. My expertise extends to the use of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Body Mind Solutions™, Core Transformation™, Suggestion Therapy, and Guided Imagery.  These are all tools that I use to help my clients improve their health, change and eliminate habits, and achieve personal growth.

I have a BA in Psychology and an MS in Counseling from the University of Kentucky. My over 20 years of business management experience prove invaluable in helping my clients achieve their goals. I’m a member of the Westlake Chamber of Commerce and the Central Texas Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

I firmly believe that each person holds the keys within themselves to live a healthy, balanced, and happy life.

My objective is to help my clients find that balance by recognizing and changing limiting, subconscious beliefs and emotions. I see my role as a coach and have a deep-seated belief in the ability of each individual to attain their goals.
